I approach growth through structure, systems and long term thinking. With an engineering foundation and training in management, I focus on how markets, incentives and partnerships translate into durable business outcomes.

 

I’m most engaged in ambiguity designing go-to-market pathways, shaping partner ecosystems and turning early signals into repeatable growth models through strategy and execution.

 

Alongside my professional work, I lead a long form content initiative that keeps me closely connected to real world behavior and decision making, continuously informing how I think about growth and value creation.

Campus Life Market Strategy & GTM Project

Campus Life is a founder-led market strategy initiative focused on designing and validating a scalable SPC-style partnerships and savings ecosystem for the Ontario market.

I lead end-to-end market intelligence, go-to-market strategy, and vendor ecosystem design, with a focus on translating competitive insights into executable rollout plans. The work spans positioning, pricing logic, partner acquisition frameworks and operational systems required to support early adoption and long term scalability.

 

Scope of work

  • Led market intelligence and competitive analysis across established savings and loyalty platforms (SPC, UNiDAYS, StudentBeans) to identify gaps, positioning opportunities, and differentiation levers.

  • Built partner onboarding and lifecycle frameworks, covering vendor qualification, tiering, pricing logic, and retention mechanics.

  • Developed CRM workflows and operational playbooks to support scalable partner acquisition and activation.

  • Defined pricing, incentive, and value exchange models aligned with long term platform sustainability.

  • Established early distribution and demand validation channels, leveraging content led reach and audience insights to inform GTM decisions.

Broke But Abroad – A Gen Z  Podcast

Broke But Abroad is a Gen Z–focused digital media and community platform built to capture lived experiences and cultural narratives of Gen-Zs, international students and young professionals. The platform operates as a content led growth and audience intelligence engine, optimized for organic discovery and scalable distribution.

 

Within the first 90 days, Broke But Abroad generated 2 M+ views and reached 1.09M+ unique accounts, with 97.5% of reach driven by non-followers, indicating strong algorithmic performance across Instagram and TikTok.

 

Scope & Impact

  • Led end to end strategy across content, growth, production and distribution

  • Built a short form first growth system optimized for Explore and For You surfaces

  • Managed multi camera studio production, narrative scripting, and post-production workflows

  • Implemented platform SEO, metadata and retention frameworks to scale reach sustainably

  • Multiple assets achieved 100K–300K+ views

 

This initiative continues to inform broader work in audience development, brand partnerships, and community-led growth models.

ThinkUni Private Limited

 

Funding & Go-To-Market Strategy

ThinkUni is a Indian based Gen-Z student super-app building a unified platform for commerce, campus life, and careers. Since Jan 2025, I’ve supported the founding team across go-to-market strategy, vendor partnerships, acquisition systems, and market intelligence helping shape the rollout plan and early growth operations.

 

Scope of Work (Strategy + Execution):

  • Led multi-category GTM planning across food, fashion, entertainment, and student career verticals aligning positioning, launch priorities, and partner pipeline.

  • Built and optimized acquisition systems (referrals, ambassador programs, community funnels) to improve trial adoption across Tier-1 and Tier-2 colleges.

  • Conducted market intelligence (student personas, demand mapping, pricing insights, competitive benchmarking) and translated insights into product recommendations.

  • Supported seed fundraising through GTM strategy documentation, traction dashboards, TAM/SAM/SOM validation, and revenue projections.

Highlights:

  • Built and managed a pipeline of 40+ SMB and campus vendors across multiple student service categories.

  • Contributed to investor materials for a 300K fundraising round, including traction and market analysis.

OTT Campaigns

 

During my tenure at Blacksheep, I contributed to integrated digital and event-based marketing campaigns that expanded audience reach and drove measurable results for OTT platforms and entertainment clients.

 

 

Highlights:

  • Collaborated with design, media, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive, student-focused campaigns.

  • Coordinated student sponsorship events to boost BS Value App subscriptions and brand adoption.

  • Supported campaign branding and visibility for the Blacksheep Digital Awards, strengthening audience recognition.

  • Executed multi-channel promotions, including OTT ads, influencer collaborations, and digital activations.

  • Delivered 10,000+ new subscribers and achieved 100,000+ impressions across campaigns.

As Sponsorship Head of my university’s cultural committee at SRM Easwari Engineering College, Chennai, India, I successfully forged partnerships with leading global brands to support and scale large student events. These collaborations elevated event impact, strengthened brand visibility and gave me hands on experience in sponsorship strategy and execution.
